Shipping Policy

Every order is made to order and packed by hand in our Chico, California kitchen. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Free shipping: Orders of $79 or more ship free to any address in the United States. When an order ships to more than one address, each address counts separately.

Shipping rates: For orders under $79, the shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your order and destination.

Free local pickup: Choose local pickup at checkout and pick up your order at 2560 Dominic Drive, Suite A, Chico, Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We’ll email you when it’s ready.

Holiday deadlines: For Christmas delivery, order by December 15 for California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona, or by December 10 for all other states. Local pickup is available through December 20.

Delayed shipping: Need your order to arrive on a certain date? Leave a note at checkout or contact us, and we’ll hold it and ship it to arrive on time.

Something wrong? If anything arrives damaged or less than perfect, contact us within 7 days at terri@tstoffee.com or (530) 624-1970, and we’ll replace it or refund you.
