We ship our hand-crafted treats nationwide with care to help ensure they arrive fresh and beautiful.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
Our most popular option for most orders. Your treats will be carefully packed and shipped via USPS or UPS.
Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Need your order faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout for quicker delivery.
Express Shipping (1–2 business days)
Ideal for last-minute gifts and time-sensitive orders.
Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Many of our treats are made with real chocolate, caramel, and other premium ingredients that can be affected by heat during transit.
During warmer months, heat-sensitive orders may require special packaging and/or faster shipping to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. In some cases, we may delay shipment briefly to avoid sending an order during extreme heat.
Please note that standard shipping may not be suitable for all heat-sensitive items during hot weather. If you are shipping to a warm climate or are concerned about melting, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Local Pickup (Chico, CA)
Local pickup may be available at checkout for customers in the Chico area. This is a great option if you'd like to save on shipping and pick up your order in person.
To use local pickup:
• Select "Local Pickup" at checkout
• We'll notify you when your order is ready
• Pick up at our Chico location during business hours

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Processing Time
• Most orders ship within 1-3 business days
• Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time
• You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

• A tracking number to monitor your delivery
• Estimated delivery date
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for perishable items.
Delivery Issues
If your order:
• Arrives damaged
• Is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date
• Has any issues
