Local Pickup Information

Save on shipping and pick up your order in person! Local pickup is available for customers in the Chico, California area.

How Local Pickup Works

1. Shop & Add to Cart
Browse our products and add your favorites to your cart just like a regular order.

2. Select Local Pickup at Checkout
At checkout, choose "Local Pickup" as your delivery method. If local pickup is available for your order, you'll see it as an option.

3. Complete Your Order
Finish your order and pay online. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

4. We'll Notify You When Ready
We'll send you an email (usually within 1-2 business days) when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up.

5. Pick Up Your Order
Come to our Chico location during business hours with your order confirmation email or order number.

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST
Saturday - Sunday: Closed

Please call ahead if you need to arrange a pickup outside of regular hours.
